There are plenty of ways to get in shape before the really warm weather hits.
Now, you’re probably not going to drop 25% of your bodyweight so let’s just toss that one off for next year. But there are a few things you can do look your best.
Get Rid of the Bloat
Ok, so you already know you can’t drop a ton of weight in a month or two… but did you know you can drop inches simply by shedding some water-weight? There are safe ways to do it.
Reducing the sodium in your diet will make a huge difference. Sodium makes your body retain water which makes you bloated.
Processed foods and most bar fare are loaded with added salt (and sugars) that make your body hold onto fluids. Unless you’re exercising and sweating heavily, there’s very little need to add salt to your diet.
Who doesn’t love pedicures? If your feet have been covered all winter, it’s time to get them some attention.
Most of my guy friends really dig women who have healthy-looking feet, and springtime is the first time you’re gonna be showing yours off this year. Don’t disappoint!
Hopefully, you’ve been working out all winter and you’ve got that body hard as a rock… right? Probably not. Few of us really exercise as much as we should (myself included).
But it’s ok because if you start right now, you’ll get those newbie gains!
